Transport

StorageProduct storage temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃. At 40 ℃, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 70%; The relative humidity at 30 ℃ shall not be greater than 80%; Below 20 ℃, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 90%. Packaging and storage temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. At 40 ℃. the relative humidity shall not be greater than 40%; The relative humidity at 30 ℃ shall not be greater than 50%; Below 20 ℃, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 70%. Fireproof and waterproof, avoiding the box from contacting liquid water. Prevent sharp objects from penetrating and damaging the box. When loading and unloading the packing box, the falling height shall not be greater than 0.6m. The impact energy shall be borne by the plane to avoid the impact energy borne by the box corner or edge line. Avoid contact with corrosive substances and gases.

Normal service conditions and parameter correction The fuse works under the following normal service conditions without additional correction. When the normal use conditions are exceeded, some parameters may need to be corrected or consulted if they are within the allowable use conditions. If it exceeds the scope of allowable use conditions, you are welcome to consult our company and conduct work adaptability evaluation and test of conditions.

Ambient air temperature
●Normal service conditions: - 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. ●Allowable service conditions: - 40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃.
Parameter correction of ambient air temperature change: ●When working below - 5 ℃, the pre arc time of low times overload overcurrent of the fuse is slightly prolonged and the rated current is slightly increased. However, unless the temperature above - 5 ℃ is not ●Within the working range, it is generally not considered to increase the rated current of the fuse. When the fuse works above 40 ℃, the rated current needs additional correction, and the correction factor is - KT. Note:
1.The value of KT has considered the influence of the rated current safety margin of the fuse under normal working conditions. 2.The ambient air temperature needs to last for more than 1 ~ 2 hours before it has a significant impact.
Altitude Normal use conditions: the altitude shall not exceed 2000m. Allowable service conditions: 2000-4500m.

Parameter correction of altitude change: higher altitude mainly leads to insulation deterioration, heat dissipation condition deterioration and air pressure change. The temperature rise of the fuse increases by 0.1-0.5k every 100m above sea level. For every 100m increase in altitude, the average ambient temperature decreases by about 0.5K. Generally, the fuse used in open environment can ignore the influence of altitude on the rated current and still be selected according to the standard conditions. For fuses used in closed environment, if the ambient air temperature of the box or the temperature inside the box does not decrease significantly with the increase of altitude and can still reach more than 40 ℃, the rated current shall be reduced. The rated current will be reduced by 2% - 5% for every 1000m increase in altitude. Note: in the same size series, the maximum rated current adopts a higher derating ratio, and the smaller rated current adopts a lower derating ratio.

Atmospheric conditions Normal operating conditions: The air is clean, and its relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is 40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. For example, at 20 ℃, the relative humidity can reach 90%. Under these conditions, moderate condensation may occur occasionally due to changes in temperature. Allowable working conditions: Without obvious condensation, the relative humidity can reach 95%.

Vibration environment and ability to withstand earthquake and other disasters This series of fuses have good resistance to vibration and impact, and meet the vibration requirements of ISO16750-3 passenger car elastic body. This series of fuses have the ability to withstand vibration and impact, and are suitable for general motor vehicles. The application environment with strong vibration is welcome to consult. Generally, it needs to be tested and verified.

Installation conditions Normal operating conditions The fuse is separately installed in the natural air without ventilation. Except for the connecting wire, there are no other heating parts or radiating parts within 1m. The capacity needs to be reduced in the closed environment. The connection terminal of fuse shall ensure stable and reliable electrical contact. The contact resistance shall not significantly affect the operation of the fuse. Fuses can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely. If the electric connection fuse depends on the spring pressure, the appropriate position should be selected during installation to avoid the adverse effect of gravity and vibration on the electric connection.

Air and liquid cooling
Forced air cooling or conductor liquid cooling can enhance the heat dissipation of the fuse and improve the current carrying capacity of the fuse.

Maintenance and safe use When installing the fuse, the minimum gap between the live parts of two adjacent fuses shall meet the insulation requirements. If necessary, an insulating partition shall be installed between the fuses To prevent phase to phase short circuit caused by live replacement of fuse. Combined with the regular maintenance of electrical equipment, carry out inspection and maintenance, and remove dust, oxide layer contacting conductive parts, etc. The fuse with mechanical damage must be replaced. Do not replace the fuse with load unless permitted by the use requirements, such as fuse type load switch. There is no waste gas, dust, noise and other environmental factors during the service life of the product. After the end of product life, metal parts can be recycled, and non-metal parts can be disposed of as general industrial waste after crushing, which will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
